Kelley and Scott were amazing, it was rather tough finding my first match as the location of the groups were mixed up. I never met my first match and honestly, I wished I was matched with someone I was attracted to the women.

I liked the idea and concept; however, I only got 'friend's matches the whole time. I informed the host as was suggested. I met some interesting people on my own. I had a descent conversation with the one of the friend matches, others felt very forced.

There were more women than men. The men didn't bother dressing up. They were also most of the men you'd naturally swipe left on a dating app. It was very noisy and hard to hear conversations. On the positive side, I did make new female friends to hang out with.

It took over an hr for me to get my 1st match. I extremely disliked my 1st match 'personality wise'. I wasn't aware that I was getting four matches and almost left early. I didn't meet my 2nd, 3rd, or 4th match because they didn't show up.

Maybe have it at a location where we can hear eachother talk; those at Group 4 (on the building’s outside) had that advantage - or just more groups outside. Other than that, I liked the event; particularly the questionable algorithm matching - no other events that I’ve been to have done that.

There were nearly twice as many women as men, which means the algorithm won't work as expected, and this coulsnreasonably be controlled when tickets were sold so it'shard to understand why it's advertised as a dating event when the fae more likely outcome is "friend matches." I understand it is hard to curate who attends these events but it's as if somehow the age range was too broad for the number of participants, limiting possible matches even further than the gender imbalance. Finding a good match can be a bit of a numbers game but it's like nothing in how the event was organized was even attempting to make things better. Perhaps a pre screening where people whose values align past some minimum threshold are directed to an event with higher compatibility matches would be helpful.

The event was well-run overall and I felt like there was a good ratio of men to women. I enjoyed rotating through a few matches rather than getting just one like I expected. Scott was an excellent host and made a point to ask me for my feedback in person. While I don’t think I found my perfect match, I had a great time and it was nice to be at an event where everyone is there for the same reason.
