It was a cool concept - the messaging via WhatsApp post “reveal” is clunky and could be improved Maybe the person can select if they’d like to share their number / IG before the “matching” as the matchbox inbox is kinda a buzzkill

The location was lovely but there was an imbalance of male & females which was not great for having potential romantic matches. There should have been a host present to help with socialising or helping people to interact.

The event description said there will be 3 matches but everyone end up getting only one. The host has even left earlier than any other participant. So I’m quite disappointed with the arrangement. But people are generally friendly and vibe is good.

9 pm entry. Only agent one match in 12 pm. And by the time we get a match in message, the match has already long gone so we never met and spoke. Basically a waste of time

Went with a few friends but got matched twice with the same sex when I stated clearly that I like the opposite sex. Not only this but out of the three matches I was matched the the same person twice and the third we did not vibe at all. Overall, it was a fun concept but the matching was not accurate at all which was disappointing.

This special event only provides 1 match at midnight. It's very inconvenient as some people left before the time of the matching came through. I couldn't see my match as the person was long gone and bot replying the messages. It was very disappointing as it charged more than usual but only with 1 match and with that experience.

It would have greatly improved the experience to have a host guiding us through the event. Unfortunately, we were left waiting at the venue for an hour before the AI matching began, with no one providing direction. Similarly, during the ‘find your partner’ process, there was no host present to facilitate or support participants.

The venue is cosy and intimate which suits the occasion, I have met great people there. But I wish the host have put in more effort than just a questionnaire to match us, and according to the schedule we should find three matches and turned out there’s only one and the host left mid-way. As an introvert I put on my most extroverted mask to be able to meet more than one person. Which truly, exhausted me.

I don't know which host you're talking about because there was no facilitating throughout the event. If there was, he/she did not show any presence nor was felt at all throughout. Me and my friend just went in, checked-in with the door person, then everything was just left in the air it felt like. There was also a promise of 3 matches and many complained and looked for the other 2 because everyone I heard from only got one. It would also have been a bit better to have some base to talk about if we could've reviewed the questions from the survey, just to give a little boost for the participants.

I’ve been to three of the dating events now. The first two were passable but I don’t really know what I’m paying for? The cost is very high to just go to a bar.. there’s not even a free drink included. I also was ‘unmatched’ on the second occasion on the AI matchmaking. Tonight’s at Migas was by far the worst. The ratios of women to men is not acceptable considering it’s a dating event. It was around 4/5 women to 1/5 men. All of my AI matches were women. This is not what I signed up for or paid for.
