A well-run event in which I knew where to go and what to do next, thanks to the host. The crowd was nice overall and the drinks were great. I had a really fun experience contrasting with dating apps in a way that made me want to participate again. Definitely worth trying out.

The host was super warm and friendly, taking care to see everyone managed to find their match and explaining clearly how the event would unfold. The group of people I met and spoke to were amazing, it grouped pretty well and had a lot of fun conversations.

Really enjoyed the Matchbox event. Christina R is a great host—very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I actually ended up hanging out and chatting with her together with someone I met at the event, and she’s just genuinely cool and open. It was a well-run night with a good vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

I were really similar to my match, however similar doesn’t always attract. I found myself alone just five minutes after the reveal, as she clearly didn’t like the matchup, and I wasn’t very fond of her body language either. So maybe consider not match people on similarities, but how they actually match together despite differences.

Dear hostess, You did a wonderful job and you were great! My match didn’t want to talk to anyone else than the match he already had made earlier on, which was not nice. But truthful. So this had nothing to do with the host at all. But such behavior should perhaps ban such people from another event in the future, as it’s really inappropriate. I hope to come to whatever you may host at any other time. Much love.

In spite of it was Christina's first event, I went down really well. A few things I didn't like about the event. The location was a bit to small and the music and people talking was getting too loud. So you couldn't hear each other very well. The space was tight and it was difficult to move around. Our host were nice, sweet and did a really good job. The questions you had to answer was a little bit vague in my opinion. The question could have been deeper and more personal, so you got an idea of what kind of person who stood in front of you, in the end. But the event was fun and I could definitely consider doing it again.

The event was nicely organized and the venue was nice. The host was also very welcoming and helpful, and kept it running nicely. However, I didn't like how the whole idea works. First you are matched into big groups, then into smaller and at the end it reveals the match. And then this match is hit or miss - one shot. For me the groups were unnecessary. You talk in the group and it's alright, but it's hard to see "dating" element there. Having almost 100 single people in the room you can definitely make it work better, by matching people with few partners, rather than just limiting it to one, and at the very end. Long story short: event nicely organized, nice venue, but idea not so much
