It was a good crowd of people willing to socialise. The matching aspects of it seemed less important than just people being willing to talk. In fact, it may have been a hindrance to the flow of the room.

Event was busy with just more women than men, and nice atmosphere, but I ended up getting matched with a woman in my group and we are both heterosexual so kinda defeated the point of going to the event.

I usually enjoy the Thursday events, however, I was slightly disappointed. I think the questions were not the best, I think asking questions to gauge people's hobbies/interests or topics such as this would've been better, rather than the ones they used.

They closed the event an hour early, only complaint though, I would have still gone if they changed the schedule but all the participants were under the same impression. Besides that, it was my first "proper" dating experience and It was good fun just to meet people who all had a aligned interests.

I had a good time! Met a lot of people, had some good conversations, and got along well with my match. There was a glitch with the messages that sent out the numbers for the smaller groups before colors for the larger groups which was unfortunate. The fire alarm also went off for a few mins but we didn’t have to evacuate. Otherwise it was a fun night!

I felt that on the evening there was little information and sadly some wrong information given which added to the confusion. There was a lot of sitting about and the event started later than planned which was disappointing. Overall I thought it was good although there was not a lot of (men) over the age of 50 at the event who were in age bracket which was disappointing.....

I had a good time at the event. I felt that the questions, some of them were a bit difficult to understand. I felt some of them were a bit stupid to be honest. It was annoying when the fire alarm went off due to someone vaping in the toilet. There was a technical issue aswwell with the messaging as everyone got a message but it was wrong. Then we finally got the right message and told to go to a group at a certain place in the venue. There wasn't much direction in what to do, it was just mingle with others. The girl I was matched with was nice looking, but she was arrogant didn't make much effort. I feel like some of thr questions could be such as Do you like to eat out? What music are you into? What films do you watch?

This is a reasonably well run event, it was a fun night, however I don’t think from the chat in the toilet that many women were happy with their matches. Maybe the age range was too wide. The event was over 18 but the age range was like 18-50. I don’t feel the questions asked were enough to determine a great match either, also anyone can buy a ticket there was no questioned asked prior, so the fresh out a 16 year relationship, with very young children and still hung up on the ex was who I was matched with - that’s not a match for me.

Bit of a shambles, was advertised as having clues to meet your match but actually was just put in a group - which was confusing anyway as first it was declared as numbers and then as colours. Did not vibe with my match at all, really quite confused as to why we matched we were so different. Feedback from majority of females that I met was the same. Would not attend again.

The event was a bit disorganised and drawn out. Having people come at 7 and then wait until 9-ish to meet their match felt unnecessary. I also think that matching with only 1 person doesn't make the evening worth it. I think having 2-3 people you match with and speak with for about 15-20 minutes each would increase your chances of meeting someone you like. It would also make it less awkward after you meet one of the matches and realise you don't vibe. As it was, once you realised you and your match were not in fact "a match", you were left wandering the hall aimlessly. My friend and I didn't vibe with our matches and left about 30 minutes after they were revealed. That means we spent 2 hours "waiting" and about 15 minutes with our matches. I will not be returning, and neither will my friend.
