It was a fun event if you don’t mind something with a little less structure You are essentially grouped up & that’s about as far as it goes, it’s up to you approach & mingle which some people prefer over typical speed dating

I felt like it was a catch up for a group of locals. And what host? She just looked like one of the attendees & it was like no one knew where to go when groups started or changed. It was my first time so not sure how these things are ran, but honestly could've been a more organised.

Was a good turnout and venue but the matching algorithm was terrible and it was a bit chaotic. I only ever found one of 3 matches. Numerous people got paired up with same sex matches when not same sex attracted. Probably not something I'd do again.

This even has a slot of potential but I made no meaningful connections and didn’t event find my match at the end of the night. It’s was difficult to enter conversations as it felt like no one wanted me to join. People pre judged me and the conversation dropped once I joined. The algorithm needs to include other traits and preferences such as age, height and ethnicity. Physical attraction plays a huge role in dating in modern society and I feel like I get pre rejected at these events. The groups need to be more organised. I couldn’t find anyone in my group when they split. There needs to be areas marked for when each split occurs to make it easier to find the groups. Overall I may attend another one of these events just in case it was my luck. But I have never had luck with dating.

It was an interesting experience with a group of good people brought together for a shared interest in mystery, and allowed people to get to core values and show exh other whonthry are instead of only surface level topics. Given my "top match" was unable to find me in a small venue, I'll assume they didn't exist, but events and matches are what you make of them so it was valuable for me.

I think the questionnaire could've been done better. The questions listed are fine, but for me health and fitness is important and it didnt really cater to that. I also think the initial group was good, however the split into 2 sub groups within the same group was a bit of a waste of time for me. I think maybe initial group could be divided into 3 across the 3 match reveals. And also start the event sooner tbh!
