Too emotionally draining and chaotic for me. Doesn't feel any different than the dating apps to be honest. Like I felt like I clicked with my match but apparently she felt no spark when I asked her out and there wasn't anyone else I felt like Ireally clicked with. I liked the matchmaking aspect better than the other two events I have been to but this just is not for me. I'll give it to them they are great at marketing but it is pretty much all the people on dating apps just in person which feels like a lot of attention seeking from most attendees rather than general interest in dating

I wish the questions were more about us as people. The compatibility didn’t really make sense we need questions like hobbies, interests, cats person or dog person, do you like roller coasters, select three traits of yours, select three traits you wish your partner to have. Idk the questions also didn’t get me right. It said I respect authority that’s what my match said… I’m definitely one to go against the grain and speak my mind when I feel the need to.

Rhinegheist was a great venue but the event itself was underwhelming. You can tell that matchbox uses AI because the summary I was provided of why my match and I were together had several typos and sentences that didn’t make sense. Also my match never showed? I made an effort to meet everyone in my group and there was no man by the name of my match. At any out point of the night. So kind of a waste for me.

The event was good. It helped me improve my social skills. The only issues I had was it was loud and hard to hear people sometimes and I would like to have events like this closer to where I live. I live in the Middletown/Franklin area and it took almost an hour to get to the event since there is always heavy traffic.
